Private Sessions

We also offer personalized private sessions to support your unique Pilates journey. Private sessions are ideal for beginners, those working with injuries or physical limitations, or anyone seeking personalized, one-on-one attention tailored to their individual goals. They're also a great way for experienced practitioners to deepen their practice. Private training allows for a more customized approach and access to advanced layers of the Pilates repertoire that aren’t explored in group classes due to mixed levels and pacing.
