Current Classes

Pilates Essentials

For those who are new to Pilates. In our Pilates Essentials class, you’ll learn the foundational Pilates exercises and proper form, building strength and comfort to help you graduate into our multi-level classes.

Pilates Sculpt

This multi-level class sculpts and tones the entire body, leaving you feeling strong and recharged. This class will offer challenges by layering onto exercises to develop your Pilates practice. If you’re new to the reformer, we recommend booking the Essentials class or a private session first. While we’ll provide modifications, you’ll need to know the basics to fully participate in this class.

Jumpboard/Reformer Combo

Add a little cardio to your workout with this fun combo class! Enjoy a total-body workout that combines a regular reformer class with the Pilates jump-board. Get your heart rate pumping and your muscles burning while improving coordination and flexibility. It’s a must-try!  If you’re new to the reformer, we recommend booking the Essentials class or a private session first. While we’ll provide modifications, you’ll need to know the basics to fully participate in this class.

Strong at Every Age!

This slower-paced class is for anyone, regardless of age or level. Regular participation boosts energy and well-being, improving flexibility, balance, strength, and confidence while moving. Pilates enhances bone density, posture, cognitive function, and helps prevent injury. This class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking to deepen their Pilates practice. Age-healthy with us on Wednesdays at 11 am! As featured in the LA Times.

Pilates is my Happy Hour!

Get excited for this total-body workout at a special rate! This is a Pilates Sculpt level class but at a discounted rate. Who doesn’t love a good happy hour?! Tip: Save passes from packages for full-priced classes. You can purchase single-session happy hour classes when booking. Classes are $22 per session. Due to scheduling issues, we may have a pause of this class for part of the summer. We will bring back asap.

Legs, Glutes & Abs

Tone your legs, lift your booty, define the abs, take care of your well-being and have fun!  If you’re new to the reformer, we recommend booking the Essentials class or a private session first. While we’ll provide modifications, you’ll need to know the basics to fully participate in this class.

Arms, Abs & Jump!

Tone your arms, define your abs, and feel the satisfying burn in your booty and legs. The jump-board takes this class to the next level! This class incorporates the reformer you know and love, plus the added challenge of the jump-board.  If you’re new to the reformer, we recommend booking the Essentials class or a private session first. While we’ll provide modifications, you’ll need to know the basics to fully participate in this class.

Sculpt & Stretch

30 minutes of Sculpt and 20 minutes of feel-good stretching that will leave you feeling strong, lengthened and refreshed.  If you’re new to the reformer, we recommend booking the Essentials class or a private session first. While we’ll provide modifications, you’ll need to know the basics to fully participate in this class.

Foam Roller Release & Stretch

Enhance your Pilates practice with guided stretching on the foam roller and reformer. Release tension, improve mobility, and connect deeper to your core and fascia through slow, mindful movement and breath work. Perfect for recovery days, post-Sculpt, or anyone looking to deepen their movement practice.

New to Jump

Curious about Jumpboard but feeling a little intimidated? This class is the perfect intro. Designed for those familiar with the reformer but new to jumping, you’ll learn proper technique in a supportive, low-pressure setting—while still getting in a fun, full-body workout.
